Stan began hunting and fishing at an early age with his father. In 1987, the family purchased their first NW Ontario outfitting lodge and his career path took hold. In 1996, Stan established his first western Canada outfitting business. Stan's experience of hunting and fishing spans 30+ years and is still going strong.
Amy was also raised in a hunting and fishing environment before joining the Guse family outfitting business in 1992. This experience established her great appreciation for the outfitting industry. She receives fulfillment in providing the best outdoor experience possible for her clients.
Drake was born into the family outfitting business. He started guiding clients at the NW Ontario business at the age of 14. From there he began guiding big game and waterfowl at our western Canada operations. He is at home in a boat or a blind.
Hanna was also born into the family business. Her appreciation for the outdoors shines through with her love of fishing and outdoor activities. The family operations provide ample opportunities to enjoy numerous outdoor activities.
Simon has been in the bottom of a goose pit since he could walk. Following in the steps of his Dad, Stan, and many other mentors, he began guiding hunters in 2019. Simon and his red lab, May, reside in Montana during the offseason. Simon spends all year chasing around all things cattle, big game, waterfowl, and fish!
